Waste Management

Use this link to check acceptable items for pick up with our hard waste collection service Hard Waste Collection.

Note the following:

1. You will need a Visa or Mastercard, an email address and contact number for your booking
2. Bookings are taken Monday to Sunday for pick up on the following Thursday or Friday
3. Hard waste must be placed out for collection by Wednesday evening

Local Laws Permits

	Types	Instructions
	Domestic Animal Business	This permit is required under the Domestic Animals Act 1994. Prior to commencement of your business an inspection will be carried out by an Authorised Local Laws Officer, to ensure compliance with the legislation.
	Open Air Burn	Open Air Burn Permits are valid for 28 days from the date issued
	Excess Animal	An application for Excess Animals Permit must be applied for to keep more than the permissible number of animals
	Bin Skip	Bin skip companies can apply for daily or weekly permit

Residential Parking Permit

To apply for a residential parking permit you will need to attach a proof of residency (driver's licence, rental agreement, statutory declaration, a rates notice or a utility bill in the applicants name).

To qualify for a permit vehicles must be less than 7.5 metres in length and not exceed Gross Vehicle Mass of 4.5 tonnes in weight. Permits are only issued for vehicle parking (can't be used for parking a caravan, boat or trailer, etc).

Swmming Pool and Spa licenses

	Swimming Pool and Spa - Compliance Certificate	Once the owner of a pool or spa obtains a certificate from a pool inspector the owner must lodge that certificate via this portal
	Swimming Pool and Spa - Non Compliant	Pool inspectors must lodge any non compliant barrier certificates via this portal
