Rate Information

Apply for information in relation to your Council Rates including

	Application Types	Instructions
	Request for copy of rate notice	Order a copy of a previous rate notice. Copies of rate notices are available from the 2014/2015 rating period until the current rating period. Please note: Copies of rate notices can only be ordered by the property owner. Any notices pre-dating ownership will not be provided
	Request for interim updated rate notice	Order an updated rate notice showing payments received by Council for the current rating period
	Rate refund request	Refunds are available to property owners who have overpaid their rates. Refunds can be be processed via EFT or cheque. Refunds are only available for rate assessments in credit. Refund requests can take up to 10 business days to be processed.
	Rates re-apportionment request	Re-apportion lump some payments from one rated assessment number to other rated assessment number(s)
	Manual reconciliation / ledger request	Request a ledger that details all transactions receipted in relation to the the assessment number. Any notices pre-dating ownership will not be provided.
	Rate Information - Pensioner / Concession request	If you a are a pension or concession card holder, apply here to have any applicable fees waived

Asset Protection and Vehicle Crossing Permits

	Vehicle Crossing Permit	A vehicle crossing is the part of the driveway that crosses the footpath and nature strip. If you are building, relocating or altering this area in any way, you will need to apply for a vehicle crossing permit.

Infrastructure Applications

	Application Types	Instructions
	Traffic Management Plan for Road Works	Public works that will impact upon traffic and pedestrians on roads, nature strip and footpath. These works can include road/footpath constructions/maintenance, underground service connections, utility works, and other public works.
	Traffic Management Plan for Construction	Private works that will impact upon traffic and pedestrians on roads, nature strips and footpaths. These works include the construction of private development, such as concrete pours and crane liftings.
	Occupation of Council Land	Works that will have a minor impact upon traffic and pedestrians. This work may include minor building work, hoarding, gantry, and storage of material.
	Shipping Container on Road Reserve	Placement of a shipping container on a road for a short period of time.
	Work Zone	Establishing an exclusive on-street parking zone for private developments to safely load/unload heavy equipment and safe access of construction trucks.
